The new production process
for preparing black glass porcelain includes:

Weighing and mixing the required coloring oxides, iron oxide, manganese oxide and chromium oxide according to the designed proportion to obtain a mixed coloring agent;

Premix zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium carbonate and other small materials in a small mixer to obtain small material mixed raw materials.

The colorant, small material mixed raw materials, quartz sand, soda ash, alumina, and borax are weighed according to the designed proportion and mixed evenly in an automatic mixer to obtain a glass batch material.

The batch materials are evenly placed on the top of the electric melting furnace through the feeder and melted using the cold top vertical melting principle. The melting temperature is controlled between 1350℃~1400℃, the raw material layer thickness is controlled to be 20cm~30cm, and the temperature is <250℃

The material is melted into clear and uniform glass liquid at high temperature, and flows into the material basin through the liquid flow hole at the bottom of the electric melting furnace, the ascending channel and the material channel. The temperature of the material channel is controlled at 1050~1100℃ according to the specific needs of the molding process.

The glass liquid passes through the feeder at the end of the channel. The equipment parameters are adjusted according to the product shape to control the weight and speed of the glass drop. The centrifugal and pressing molding process is used to gradually cool the product into the desired shape.

The formed product is immediately taken out by the robot and sent to the annealing furnace through the conveyor belt for annealing to eliminate the internal stress of the product. The annealing temperature is 500±20℃ and the time is 60~100min.

After annealing, the product is sent to the tempering furnace for tempering to improve the strength of the product, and finally a tempered black glass porcelain product is obtained. The tempering parameters are adjusted according to the size and shape of the product, the tempering temperature is 610~630℃, the wind pressure is 6000~8000Pa, and the mesh belt speed is 0.03~0.05m/s
