Production process
1. Raw Material Selection
We start with high-quality raw materials, including quartz sand, soda ash, borax, and sodium fluosilicate. For colored designs, metal oxides are carefully added to achieve vibrant, stable tones.
2. Melting
The blended materials are fed into a high-temperature furnace and melted into a uniform glass liquid. This step is key to achieving the clarity and strength of our opal glass.
3. Forming
Using centrifugal casting and press molding, the molten glass is shaped into bowls, plates, and other tableware forms with precise dimensions and consistent thickness.
4. Annealing
The formed pieces are gradually cooled in an annealing oven, a critical step that reduces internal stress and enhances both structural integrity and thermal resistance.
5. Quality Screening
Each piece is inspected by hand to eliminate any that don’t meet our strict quality standards. Only flawless products move forward.
6. Decoration & Strengthening
We apply decorative touches such as gold rims or decals, depending on the design. Then, the product undergoes tempering, increasing its resistance to breakage and giving it a refined, high-
