High-temperature smelting
Silica, soda ash, and limestone are melted at over 1500°C, forming the uniform molten glass base for every opal glass piece.
Fining & Homogenization
The molten glass is refined to remove bubbles and impurities, then mixed for consistent composition and milky-white appearance.
Opal Glass Form Process
The refined molten glass is precision-pressed into plates, bowls, and other tableware forms with consistent shape and thickness.
Anneal & Strengthen
Freshly formed pieces are slowly cooled to relieve internal stress, then treated to improve impact resistance and durability.
