Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Jointion owns a 70,000 m² production base with melting furnaces, forming lines, decoration printing facility and a dedicated QC team. Every product is made, inspected and packed inside our own factory before shipment.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ varies by item — typically 1,000–3,000 pieces for single items, and 300–1,000 sets for dinnerware sets. Stock items ship within 7–15 days. Custom decal or OEM orders take 30–45 days depending on order size and decoration complexity.
Can you make private-label dinnerware sets?
Yes. We handle the full private-label process — custom decal design, colour matching, logo printing, gift box packaging and retail-ready labelling. Send us your artwork or a reference image and we provide a pre-production sample for approval before mass production.
How do you reduce breakage during export?
Every piece goes through a strengthening treatment after forming. For packing, we use individual foam dividers, reinforced inner boxes, double-wall master cartons and corner protection. Our average shipping breakage rate is below 0.3% across ocean freight to 50+ countries.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Most wholesale buyers choose FOB Shenzhen or FOB Guangzhou. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery if you prefer a fully managed logistics solution.
