01.
Raw Material Processing

Ball milling and sieving of raw materials (e.g., kaolin, quartz) with iron removal, followed by aging to enhance plasticity.

Blank Production

  • Slip casting or press molding, with post-demolding water washing and polishing.
  • Polishing to 1200+ grit smoothness, with visual inspection for bubbles/cracks.

03.
Decal Application

  • Screen printing or heat transfer for overglaze/underglaze patterns.
  • Firing at 780-850℃ to fix pigments on the blank

04.
Tempering

  • High-temperature sintering (1250-1280℃) to form glass phase, achieving Mohs 6.5 hardness
  • Air quenching to generate compressive stress, increasing impact resistance by 300%

05.
Packaging & Inspection

  • Custom EPE foam inserts + 5-ply corrugated boxes with “Fragile” lab
  • Color difference ΔE≤1.5, dimensional tolerance ±0.5mm, FDA-compliant heavy metal limits

06.
Storage

  • Climate-controlled warehouse (20±5℃/RH50%) with ERP-tracked batch codes

07.
Delivery

  • Air column bags + wooden crates for fragile items, 92% container loading optimization
