Round, Oval & Rectangular in 1L to 3.5L

We make opal glass casserole dishes in three shapes — round, oval, and rectangular — covering capacities from 1L to 3.5L. Round is the best seller, available in 1L, 1.5L, and 2.5L, ideal for stews and baked rice. Oval fits whole chicken and fish, offered in 2L and 3.5L with a cooking surface up to 32 × 24 cm. Rectangular handles lasagna and sheet-style bakes in 1.8L and 3L sizes. Every dish comes with or without a clear tempered glass lid. The most popular option is the 3-piece opal glass casserole set with lids — 1L + 1.5L + 2.5L nested in one gift box for compact shipping. Custom sizes and shapes are also available to order.

Colored Glaze & Custom Decal Options

The standard finish is classic white — clean, neutral, and the most requested by hotels, restaurants, and retail buyers. We also produce colored glaze options including black, blue, and jade green for brands that want shelf differentiation. For custom branding, we offer decal printing (floral, geometric, or your own artwork) and silk-screen logos that stay fade-resistant through daily dishwasher use. All decoration is applied before tempering, so the surface stays smooth and the print won’t peel. Whether you need plain white opalware casseroles in bulk or a fully customized casserole bowl with your brand pattern, we handle both.

Oven Safe to 300°C, Freezer to Oven Ready

Every opal glass oven dish we produce is tempered for daily kitchen use. Oven safe up to 300°C. Microwave safe. Dishwasher safe — tested through 2,000 commercial wash cycles with zero fading or surface damage. Thermal shock resistance hits 160°C, meaning you can move it straight from freezer to a preheated oven without cracking. The body weighs roughly 30% less than ceramic opal glass cookware at the same capacity, so handling and shipping both get easier. The non-porous surface won’t absorb odors, stains, or food color — even after repeated use with curry, tomato sauce, or heavy spices.

What sizes do opal glass casserole dishes come in?
The most common sizes are 1L, 1.5L, and 2.5L for round dishes, and 2L to 3.5L for oval dishes. Many buyers order a 3-piece set (1L + 1.5L + 2.5L) as a standard retail package.
Yes. Tempered opal glass casserole dishes are safe for oven use up to 300°C. Do not place them under a direct broiler flame or on a stovetop burner — they are designed for enclosed oven heat only.
Yes, if the dish is tempered. Our opal glass casserole dishes have a thermal shock resistance of 160°C, so they handle the jump from -20°C freezer to a preheated oven without cracking. Standard non-tempered glass cannot do this.
Yes. Our dishes are tested through 2,000 commercial dishwasher cycles with no fading, no surface wear, and no edge chipping. Safe for both home and commercial dishwashers.
