PACKING SAFETY
How We Package 72-Piece Dinnerware Sets for Safe Shipment
Each order is packed according to the approved set composition and export requirements. The process focuses on item protection, complete set verification, carton preparation and shipment handover.
01 Item Protection
Each plate, bowl, cup, saucer, spoon and serving piece is individually protected with approved foam sleeves and separators to reduce surface contact and transit damage.
02 Set Verification
Every 72-piece set is checked against the approved packing list to confirm six complete place settings, two fish platters and all shared soup and coffee-service pieces before sealing.
03 Export Carton Packing
Completed sets are packed into reinforced export cartons with the approved inner layout, corner protection, shipping marks and buyer-required labeling.
04 Palletization & Shipment Handover
Cartons are palletized and stretch-wrapped according to the agreed loading plan, ready for FOB or CIF shipment handover at the designated port.
